To comply with Articles 14 & 15 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, disabled people must be evacuated to a place of ultimate safety without the assistance of the Fire and Rescue Services.
Our two-day course equips delegates with the knowledge of the Law, its implications, the impact of barriers on the evacuation of disabled people and how to implement effective means of escape for disabled people. It also includes a practical session using the Globex evacuation chair and ski sledge.
This course is approved by the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) and Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE).
In addition to commercial clients and fire safety consultants, TripleAconsult has delivered this training to Fire and Rescue Services from Humberside, Merseyside, South Wales, West Sussex and North, South & West Yorkshire.
