“Formal” qualifications; from Level 2 (front line staff), Level 3 (for supervisors) to Level 4 (for managers). Our pass rates are as good as you can get.

“Bespoke” courses; what training do you need? We can create it for you. Recent examples include health and safety management for a County Council and Higher Education college; risk assessment for retail chain managers. Our feedback is usually 5/5.

In fact, we value our training skills so highly we provide a Level 3 “train the trainer” qualification if you want staff to deliver training internally.
