Our fire engineers are all members of either the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) and the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE). Our teams work closely with clients and building control departments to develop fire strategies and fire engineered solutions that meet the challenges posed by complex or unusual building design.

The Fire Engineering strategies examine how the structure, services, façade, occupants and fire defences work together to provide a safe environment, which achieves end user requirements that meet compliance with the Building Regulations and Europe-wide Standards.  This applies particularly when prescribed methods of compliance fail to provide sufficient flexibility for designers or where innovative solutions are required.
