Phased in since 1995, the legislation covers all aspects of service provision & employment. The last phase covers reasonable physical adjustments.

The DDA is not prescriptive and so no-one can categorically say they comply. The emphasis is on accessibility to your services and employment where it is reasonable ands you are not required to bankrupt your business.
