The core application can be extended with
optional software modules. These include:
assets & maintenance module
The Assets module allows companies
to create an asset register that can then be inspected or tested at defined, or
ad hoc, intervals. The asset register can be made available on a handheld
device, providing unparalleled portability.
Barcode and RFID scanners
can be used to scan in asset details before they are tested or inspected.
Assets can then be tracked and managed, with the Maintenance tab providing
details of all the "transactions" on a particular asset, which maybe searched
and filtered as required.
registers module
The Registers module allows companies to create
Registers that can be shared seamlessly online, replacing Excel sheets or
printed forms.
The registers module is ideal for:
- training registers
- certification registers
- meeting registers
- hazardous substance registers
- induction registers
Each register can be setup to send email reminders automatically on
specified key dates - e.g. when a certification expires.
incidents module
The Incidents module enables incident and accident
recording and evidence collection to be performed and reported electronically
with a mobile device, internet site or standalone PC/Laptop.
The
Incidents module is based on global best practice incident management
practices. In addition to allowing you to define your own incident reporting
forms, it specifically supports the government reporting requirements in the UK
including: RIDDOR Incident Reports (UK)
The forms can be submitted to
the relevant authorities by fax or email directly from the TripleAconsult
Incidents module.
Statistics generated on incidents, which can be
generated for a particular site, region, country, business unit or globally to
include:
- lost time injury frequency rate
- average lost time hours rate
- incidence of injury
- frequency of injury
- total lost time incidents
- days since last lost time incident
claims module
The Claims Module allows Compensation Claims arising
from Incidents and Accidents to be managed electronically. It allows details of
the Employee, Injury, Classification, Key Dates and Times, Costs and associated
documents such as Doctors Reports or Return to Work Plans to be stored in one
central place, electronically.
In addition to managing the claims
process more effectively, this provides information critical to reducing
claims, and consequently reducing costly insurance premiums: Every employee and
every claim will be monitored far more effectively than previously - so
spurious claims or trends amongst certain employees can be tracked and analysed
with certainty
financial module
The Financial module allows companies to have a
financial value associated with the performance of Assessments and Inspections.
Reports can then be created showing the value of work completed in the previous
6 months in a particular region or by a particular auditor or on a particular
site for example. This can be used for forecasting as well as for historical
reporting and billing if required. Multiple Currencies are supported.
