Elspeth is a professional project manager with many years experience, having honed her skills whilst delivering multi-million pound IT and change management programmes for clients in retail & finance, local government and transportation sectors who is now using these skills in the complex world of workplace legislation. Elspeth uses the commercial disciplines (e.g. risk management, planning, financial control etc) to deliver clear effective solutions. She has concentrated particularly on disability discrimination issues and is highly experienced in providing end to end solutions for clients with multiple property portfolios. By working closely with clients Elspeth builds long term relationships, helping clients to identify and resolve issues in a cost effective manner, by turning business risk into business benefit and addressing issues such as strategic plans, process and procedures, access assessments and by providing advice on auxiliary aids. Elspeth sits on the Guildford Borough Access Committee, writes regularly in the FM press on disability issues and presents to forums such as the BIFM.

Peter served a full career in the Electronic Engineering branch of the Royal Air Force, during which time he undertook numerous management appointments, in many parts of the world. Subsequently he worked for British telecommunications as a Delivery Programme Manager before joining Triple A as the Technical Director to identify high quality methods of delivery.
